Creating Cable Bundle from multiple harnesses to show true bundle diameter. Creo 4

I am trying to figure out how to route multiple harnesses along a path and have the actual diameter shown, and change, as harnesses are added or subtracted, so I know what size to make things like routing holes and wire trays.
