Creation of a pressure tight geometry in Generative Design module

You didn’t attach the model, so it’s hard to answer.

I suggest: Under design constraints, try adding rotational symmetry with a large number of instances.

I’d appreciate it if you could share the output based on the suggestion.

Are you using generative design to generate potential solutions to this as an academic exercise? I ask as there are analytical solutions for shape optimized geometry to cap a cylindrical pressure vessel and GD is not likely to give you something that is improved over documented classical options. 

Are there loads in the boundary conditions in addition to the pressure loading that are driving you to use GD? You can also use Behavioral Modeling Extension (BMX) in conjunction with Creo Simulate structure to minimize mass and stress in the end cap.
