Creo 2.0 crashes when I select the tools tab

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 2.0 (connected) 2.0 M250

When I open an assembly or even if I create a new assembly, if I click on the tools tab, I get a spinning wheel for about 3 seconds and then the software crashes and closes down. It will happen right after a create the assembly and don't do anything else except click the tools tab.

Here are the errors that I faced
No warning or alerts.
I tried reinstalling the software and got an error message on diagnostics tools claiming to be unsuccessful. It says a newer version of diagnostic tools is already installed on this machine.
The version that you are trying to install (version 2.0.0.0) is out of date and will not be installed.
