Creo 3.0: Modifying X-hatch spacing/options in drawing mode.

Hello,

I've spent quite a bit of time trying to find a solution into this issue. Every single answer suggests pretty much the same thing, and it just does not work for me.

In the layout tab, I have tried selecting the sketch I wish to modify the X-hatch on with the LMB, and then I RMB to hopefully bring up "Properties" for x-hatch, but the only thing that ever shows up is "Show Model Annotations."

Yes I am in the layout tab, literally just nothing shows up when I RMB except "Show Model Annotations." I have used Creo for 10 years and have brought up this menu many times in the past Wildfire versions and even Creo 2.0, I have no idea why it no longer works. Please help.
