Drawing programs are specific to your company set up. 

If you can copy and paste what is in your drawing program (Tools, drawing program, edit program), maybe someone can help troubleshoot it (not me, we don't use drawing programs).

If I remember correctly from a previous job, they used it to "automagically" bring model parameters to the drawing as drawing parameters, but this was very specific drawing program made by the company..
