Creo 7 - Arrowhead Disappears when adding datum to GTOL

My left side arrowhead disappeared after I added datum C to that true position tolerance. How do I bring that arrowhead back?

Maybe, just maybe, if you select the dimension and then right mouse button and look for "show witness line"

It looks like the witness line is there so I don't thin this will work but that is what the arrow looks like when you erase one witness line.

"Show witness line" didn't work because it was never erased.

If I remove Datum C though, the left side arrowhead shows back up:

Any other ideas?
