Creo 7 Bluescreen crashes: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

All,

I am having repeated issues with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION bluescreens on a HP Fury G9 laptop here and Creo 7.0.8.0.

It happens with graphical interactions such as snapping to view and section.

I have tried the following, but it still happens constantly:

- Creo re-installed

- BIOS update

- Graphics driver update

- System update

- System rebuild

- Permissions checks

- Fast start-up disabled

Any help or ideas to solve this is greatly appreciated

Apologies, the thread title didn't seem to complete, it should be a little more informative than 'DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION ' !

Hi,

according to Google search dpc_watchdog_violation windows 10 the problem can be caused by anything.

Suggestion: Reinstall Windows to get clean operating system.

Unfortunately I have tried that, the 'System rebuild' attempt I noted.

And yes - you're correct it could be caused by literally anything -helpfully!
