Creo 9 Installation Launcher Closing when 'Install' is clicked.

When attempting to install Creo 9.0 with a student license, all is working well until the 'Install' button is hit. When attempting to use the install but, it simply closes the setup launcher and does nothing. It gives me no errors or anything else, just simply refuses to work, and closes the launcher.

I've tried putting the files in a different directory, didnt work.
I've also tried disabling all firewalls, didnt work.

Post closure of the launcher a PTC folder is created in the desired location, but it not populated with anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
