Creo app freezing when moving from one display to 2nd display

I am using Creo Parametric 5.0 5.0.2.0

Creo only works on the left display. If we move the window to the right display the entire application freezes and we are forced to use task manager to force quit the application. This happens when using Creo Paramedic, ModelCheck, and Creo Simulate
We tested and we can move the app in minimized mode only. If we move it as a window or full screen it freezes.

Dear Mr. Carr,

 

my guess is that this is related to graphics/driver. Please make sure that the newest available graphic driver is installed. You may also check whether your system is supported using the Platform information. I've also added a link for graphics debugging.
