Creo crashes frequently blocking any operations to do.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM100

Creo crashes often in a newly configured Laptop, other applications are working stable.

Here are the errors that I faced
Couple of traceback were generated and it is attached along with Laptop configuration -

What is the OS running the laptop?

How much memory does the laptop have ?

What graphics card is installed in the laptop?

What version of the graphics driver is installed?

If running Windows 11, it is not supported prior to Creo 7.
