I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) Release 3.0 and DatecodeM130

I was attempting to do an extrude operation to remove material. And then I attempted a hole operation to remove material for the same reason. On each occasion that caused a crash. I receive an error message stating Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to C:\&&&&&&\traceback.log. Please send it to Technical Support

Here are the errors that I faced

Hi
after discussing internal with my team, I have to roll back and reckon that you are right in that Creo 3.0 being not be supported anymore, the case will not be handled and PTC encourage you upgrade as fixes are added purposefully on upper versions or you can continue the conversation here.

Good luck.

Hi

a crash happens when performing regular extrude operations and this is abnormal. I'm sorry about it.

Do you have an active maintenance to file a case?

In all cases can you copy and paste the content of the traceback.log (or at least the first block after the header)?

Hi

If you have active maintenance, then file a case. We can have that traceback analyzed and see if a fix exists.

In all cases, Tech Support will help you in a best effort possible.

The content you pasted is the header and it confirms that you are under Creo 3.0 M130.

Can you paste the next block?

for your information here is a crash course on reading traceback content: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs232360
