We can get more benefits if PTC offers Creo Feature level utilization

Ex: How many members accessing Detailing / Sheet metal / Assembly / Part / .....

This information helps to focus on user demands intermes of training and support

Martin is correct; the best location to draw that information from is the trail files. It would allow determining number of files opened, skipped operations, successful operations, et al.

Perhaps it's available from PTC's Performance Advisor, but you'll need to contact PTC sales to find out.
