Creo Parametric frame splicing

I'm running creo parametric 3.0 off of my laptop (which runs it fine) but whenever I pan around a part or assembly the frames get all choppy. Is there a way to implement a vertical sync feature to creo? Or maybe a way to lower the Hz of the refresh rate?

Your first check should be graphic card. You can add the option graphics  win32_gdi to the end of the config.pro file using a text editor and restart Creo. If it solves your problem, you have a graphics related issue. You can try to upgrade your graphics card driver, that solves most problems. Make sure you remove the graphics  win32_gdi line from your config.pro once you upgrade your graphics driver.
