Creo Piping Corner Not Placing

Hi everyone,

Teaching myself how to pipe in Creo but having some difficulties with adding elbows. I keep having an issue with, "the fitting does not match to selected corner. Can not place.". 

In this case, I'm trying to use PTCs fittings library. I've tried a few different diameters on the pipe, as that is what I thought was the issue the first time, but it hasn't resolved. Image below for reference. 

Extra information:

- Creo 9

- Have tried other sizes

- Have tried in both MM and inches
