Creo View Mobile App Problems

I recently bought an iPads for the technicians in my area. I downloaded Creo View so we can send .pvz models from our EPDM database directly to the iPads. The iPads recognize that the email attachments are Creo View files; however, when I open up the file, the model does not show up in Creo View. The title and various "viewables" are shown, but no models actually appear. Suggestions?
