Creo View Mobile - Viewing Files

Hi there

 

I'm having trouble viewing .pvz files on the Creo View app on my iPhone. I have tried through email and a cloud based storage system.

 

My specs are:

iPhone 7 Plus - iOS 10

Creo 3 M080

 

I can see the file as an email attachment, and it has the Creo View Mobile logo, so it recognises that it is for that app. However when I try and open it, Creo View Mobile is not in the selected list of programs.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi,

according to https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/creo-view-mobile/id560549930?mt=8 you have to install iTunes, firstly. When finished you can install Creo View Mobile.

    Thanks for the response. This however does not solve my problem. I have the app on my mobile already and know how to work it. However I cannot open any of my files that I am sending myself.

    Hi,

    maybe "standard repair method" (this means deinstallation/installation of the app) will solve the problem.

    If I were you I would probably do test app installation on another device.
