Creo View not showing "Skeleton" parts/assemblies

Hi all,

I have an ASM assembly here in Creo View with several PRT parts and some ASM sub-assemblies. One of the sub-assemblies doesn't load or show, as can be seen in the screenshot below:

The same happens when that ASM subassembly is opened directly from Windows Explorer in Creo View -- and also when I load any PRT part of that subassembly directly to Creo View, see screenshot:

Here is a text comparison of the header of the not loading PRT part from above screenshot -- ("NoShow", left) with a part that loads without problems ("Show", right):

Could it have something to do with the fact that the not-loading part (above left) is marked as "PART/SKEL_MODEL" in the header, and so probably is a Skeleton model?

If so, what would I need to obtain from the engineer in order to be able to see those Skeleton parts and assemblies in Creo View?

There is probably nothing in the skeleton models worth looking at in Creo View.  Usually these just contain datum features (points, planes, axis, and maybe some sketches.)

This article makes it sound like skeleton models are not normally published for viewing in Creo View:
