Question

CreoView Model Tree Order

When I Publish a PVZ file, the order of the items in the CreoView Model Tree is not the same as the Model it was generated from.

Is there a way to fix this?  I want to show the assembly order...

Thanks

Check the option settings in CreoView.

When I look at the structure of an assembly in Windchill and then the structure of the assembly in CreoView, they are in the same order.

If you are looking at the model in CreoView with the "Structure" tab selected... the structure matches the model...

But... the Structure Tab doesn't let me highlight or hide the item in the Tree.

If I use the Model Tab, I can select items but they are in random order...

The bottom line is... I want for people, not familiar with the assembly, to be able to visualize the assembly order by stepping thru the model tree.

Hi,

please do following:

1.] try reproducing the problem on simple assembly

2.] attach picture of Creo Parametris and Creo View model tree

3.] upload assembly file and PVZ file, too

If your provide testing data, community members can do some investigation.
