For this type of problem you’re going to have to contact PTC, not post about it on a user forum. They’re going to probably need to have access to the file in question. They may be able to recover your file from the corrupted one.

If you have any old versions of the file you could try opening one of them and see if there’s a point in time where the model doesn’t crash Creo. Every time you save a file Creo keeps a copy on disk of the file in the state it was previously saved. So you have parts like “part.prt.1”, “part.prt.2”, “part.prt.3”, etc. I would try opening the file with the second highest number, see if that crashes. If it does, open the next lower version, test, etc. Could be a lengthy process, but might at least get you something useable.
