Crosshatch Menu Greyed Out

I am trying to modify the crosshatching in a part drawing section.  After selecting the area, the  "edit hatching" menu appears, but is greyed out.  Any suggestions?

Can you provide more information on the problem you are experiencing?

    In Creo 10 when I click on the section:

    I have this menu pop up.

    I then use the drop down to select:

    then it give me option to edit:
