Custom text style in drawing

Hi, a long time ago I managed to customise the text styles in drawings. But I can't remember how or where. Do your know how we can add custom text styles to this list ?

    It looks like the text styles are linked to a drawing. Can you confirm ?

    This means I will have to modify all my starting templates. Is there a way to duplicate the text styles from a drawing to an other one ?
