Customize Keyboard Shortcuts Creo View

I have Creo View 9.1. Is it possible to customize keyboard shortcuts in this program? I see the option in Creo 10 to do this, but not in Creo View.

You are correct. Additions can only be made to the Quick Access Toolbar or the Regular Toolbar, but not make a keyboard shortcut.

It's a really straightforward question... I just want to know if it is possible to make keyboard shortcuts in Creo View 9.1. You can do so in Creo 10 Parametric under the options menu. But no such thing exists in the Creo View 9.1 options menu...
