Datum Point Table with Radius

Is it possible to populate the radius along with X, Y, Z coordinates when creating a tube from the Pipe command in a 2D drawing using Hole Tables?  Also, I've included a table created in Catia or NX (see attached: piping table) and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction and let me know if Creo is capable of producing something similar.  I am using Creo 7.
