Define a drop-down value list for the parameters but it does not work in creo 3.0.

Have you ever encountered such a situation: In Creo3.0, when editing parameter properties, I wanted to define a drop-down value list for the parameters, but I found that I couldn't click the Define TAB in the Edit Properties dialog box. However, this issue does not exist in Creo4.0 or later versions.

Your question would be pointless even if it had an explanation.
Isn't it time to switch to a more recent Creo version?
