Defining a Curve on the drawing

Hi guys,

what's the best way to define part with curved shape?

Please see the picture attached.

I need to make a drawing of this part. And what I was planning on doing is to place the points along the curve and dimension them within the coordinate system.

When I add sketch points to the curve, the dimension doesn't grab them and doesn't dimension them.

When I try to add points in the model, it's not very straight forward.

Your help is highly appreciated.
