delete all constraints?

We have thousands of migrated assemblies.  If you notice how Creo opens an Inventor assembly then saves it as a .asm, all the components are coincident to s Csys and the Csys has a dimensional offset to the origin.  Is there a quick method to delete all constraints in an assembly?  Or, is someone aware of a vendor that has created a add on for this function, or, it there a vendor that can create this?
