Directional Position Tolerance

Hello,

I'm looking to see if Creo (3.0) can support GD&T with a Position tolerance on a hole, representing directions of X and one for Y. With the image in this post, I'm looking to create a Size on the Hole, with two position tolerances: X and Y (or a specific direction; no diametrical zone).

This will represent a rectangular zone, rather than a diametrical zone.
