Disable 1st reference of repetition

Hello

 

when I created a repetition by reference in assembly, sometime i don't want to repeat the 1st.

Is there a way to disable the 1st one ?

you can hide 1st one.

Pattern? If you are speaking of a pattern, you can not turn off the 1st instance of a pattern.
