Ketan,

Entities in drawing which can create using option in sketch tab in drawing e.g. line, Arcs, spline, circle etc. are draft entities.

Entities in drawing from an IGES, DXF, or SET file are considered to be draft entities.

Converting a view in drawing to draft group will also generate draft entities.

Hi Mahesh,

Thanks a lot for this info...

Is it OK to call the entities present into drawing view as draft entity if view has not been converted to a draft group??

How to identify details of entities present in a view if view is not converted to a draft group??

when you select a draft entity and hover over it, a box will appear to identify it (IDn(DRAFT ENTITY)  These are created by hand

when you hover over a view, the box appears with the information (View:new_view_1)  These were generated by model geometry.
