Drawing Tables - New Table Row Text Size and Alignment

I have a table that we use to capture Rev History.  Whenever we add a row to this table, the text size and text alignment does not carry the alignment from the previous row.  Is there a way to set it the text size and alignment (or even style) for each column so that newly added rows don't need to be specifically defined?

The first row under the headers shows how I want ever added row to behave.  The second row shows what I am currently getting in regards to Vertical Alignment, Horizontal Alignment, and Text Size.

Currently using Creo 10.0

The solution was a combination of items from community members as well as trial and error:

The following worked for me:

  1. Setting the text size in the dtl to the default text I wanted for the table
  2. Creating a new table
  3. Setting the column text style as @kdirth suggested and then setting the headers to a different text style if needed
  4. Save the table.  Creating the table from file in other drawings seems to have the behavior that I want.

Select a column and from the RMB menu change text style for the column.  You can then go back and change the header if needed.

You will also want to change the saved table and your formats.

There is always more to learn.

This is working well for alignment but my text size is still .156.  I changed the default in my Drawing Settings but that didn't seem to change it.

I haven't messed with this is a long time, but I think the default text size is set when the table is first created and is based upon the drawing's default text size.  If I'm remembering correctly, the only way to change it was to play some games and re-scale the drawing sheet while turning on a property that allowed drawing items to scale with the sheet (like tables).
