DTL option to adjust Vertical Text justification

Every time I type anything in my drawings I need to go to format style and change vertical text justification to middle. The default is bottom of origin. It isn't even in the toolbar like the horizontal justification which I wouldn't mind, I have to go into the style box for it. I always use middle, it would be nice to set a DTL option so all of my text is always vertically justified to the middle.
