educational license renewal

Hello

I have the educational license of CREO12.4.0.0 joyfully running for 12 months, and now the license has expired. I downloaded the winzip file of creo12.4.0.0, and ran the install_license_server_exe file, in the hope that I only have to renew the license, and not reinstall the whole software.

However, in the process, I stumble upon this message:

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Your web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application:

• License Management Reporting for read-only access.
• License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.

… and now I’m stuck. Can you fix this.
