Enable creo view stereosocpic rendering with quad-buffer opengl mode

I don't know if creo view stereoscopic rendering functionality relies on nvidia 3dvision(pro) or not, as it has been obsoleted, I can not use/see the stereo switch button on the bar menu following instruction as Stereoscopic 3D output - PTC Community, but stereo configuration remains in the setting menu, with no effects. 

Any help would be appreciated.
