environment file for model scene

I have a user how is simply trying to save a shrinkwrap on a simple part, but when he goes to Save As, before he gets anywhere his Creo 10 is freezing and generates an error as follows:

The defined Environment file for the model scene is missing and will be replaced with the Creo Default Environment file. You can update the scene by selecting the desired Environment file from the Scene Editor under the View Tab.

I can’t seem to find any info on this. He’s not in render mode or anything like that. There is nothing special about what he is doing. Seems like it is now all files, so its “environment related, not a specific part/assy issue.  

I tried with the part on my computer and it works as expected.
