Hello,

You can export your file as a neutral format (IGES, STEP...), then Ansys should be able to read it.

How can I save the CREO's .prt or .asm file to Neutral format?

You might check out the CAD plugin module for workbench. Lets you work with native pro/e files directly but requires a pro/session.
