Extended flange in Creo sheet metal

How can I define the length of a flange like this in Creo? Offsetting its distance like this in SE

Make a Flat wall, not a Flange wall!

These are slightly different features.

Select one of the highlighted options in the 'Bend Position' tab

It doesn't let me extend the flange out, only cut it in.

Or even extend this flange to another surface rather than a dimension offset?
