Extending the horizontal portion of a fillet dimension's leader

Hello all,

This seems simple enough and I'm fairly certain I was able to do it back in Wildfire 4 but I could be wrong.

In the image below, I want to move the ,03 outside the part (as indicated by the red arrow) by lengthening the horizontal portion of the leader.

I found the setting "leader_elbow_length" but there's no "variable" option.
