Extrude problem

Hi......       Anyone pls help

This is my simple sketch to make hole, and the sketch presented on plane

After i click extrude its shows to select body. But actually its a single body part. 

Any how i select all body to remove material. But in my result u can see that my total bottom side part is got deleted but there a only one round closed sketch is presented in my sketch for remove material.
