Extruding common part of 3 views

Extrude each of those sketches normal to the sketch plane as surfaces such they they all intersect. Once you have the 3 extruded surfaces you can merge 2 of them at a time (2 merge features to merge 3 quilts). If they truly intersect that would yield a solid part as this will define the boolean intersection of 3 quilts. If the quilt is closed you can solidify it to create the part.

Caveat: These projected sketches do not define the geometry that is off axis from the projection normal vector so you may not get the topology of the actual part unless the projections truly capture the shape explicitly.

Without understanding this problem completely I would comment that this approach may not be considered best practice to capture the design intent for your part design if you need a flexible parametric model that can be modified. Starting with a block and removing material from it with cuts as if machining is not generally a suggested approach for robust Creo part models.
