I am using Creo Parametric 4.0 M040

Dear Support,

We are using the PTC Creo 4.0 version.

We are not able to use the Creo modeling due to fatal error..
We could not start the modeling even.

please help asap.

    More information is needed.

    What type of error?

    Does the splash screen open?

    Any error messages in std.out?
