fill pattern on multiple faces

Hi, 

i am using Creo 3.0

I was using the fill pattern to replicate the feature in the face. its like say a perforation,

right now i see that i have to create the hole feature in every face i have to do fill pattern on it, because u have to draw the area of the sketch for fill pattern which can be done in that area alone. 

is it possible to do fill pattern on multiple faces, with the feature created in  one face.
