Flat Harness Bend Angle

I am working with the flat harness tool to create a flat stick assembly of my cable harness. I have worked with the tool previously, so I know the basics behind how to lay out different segments of my cable system.

When you select a new segment to flatten, it prompts you for the bend radius and the bend angle. I am running into an issue where the allowable range of the bend angle is extremely small, sometimes even at a fraction of a degree. Previously, I have seen the range go from -180 to 180 degrees, so I am unsure why I am getting such a small bend angle range. Has anyone ran into this issue before?
