flatten quilt failed

Hello PTC Community,

is there any help about my problem?

I want to create a flatten quilt from a copied surface.

Basically it works, yes.

But if I, for example, insert a rounding or chamfer, the flatten quilt fails.

Are there any ideas or solutions for this?

Hi Heiko

what you have is a solid.As far as my knowledge flatten quilt will only work with quilt or surface.

Hi Rohit,

It is correct that the base KE is a solid.

But the surfaces were still copied to continue using it.

Do i understanding something wrong?

By the way, if you delete the round "ERROR_ROUND" KE-ID 6880, then the flatten quilt works fine. But not with the round.

It's me again, .....

The problem is even if the construction is a boundary blend and no solid as the base KE.

sorry for my earlier post as did ot see your part properly.

Yes I believe the round at the corner is the issue.

Right now can't tell why that is so.
