FLEXIBLE PLACEMENT

hello everybody,

i have a question: is it possible to place a subassembly in another assembly by placing differently subassembly part? for example in the pic below i would like to place the part on the left on a bracket and the part on the right on another bracket but i would like to place them differently on another assembly
