Is Creo better than Catia, ICEM or Alias when Surfacing is to be worked on?

CATIA was primarly made for surfacing...so it has better capabilities to handle complex surfaces...

the ISDX option in pro/e..is for advanced surfacing..but you have to buy it as an additional license.
