Got a "Problems were encountered while preprocessing the features for the highlighted surface" error, not sure what the issue is

I Designed a conical spring in Creo Parametric and am attempting to do analysis on the spring. When I applied the constraints and forces on the spring and ran the analysis, the analysis failed and said problems were encountered while preprocessing the features for the highlighted surface. Only the middle section of the spring is highlighted as part of the error. Can anyone help me as to why this may have happened
