Harness Flatten Lay Out

I'm new to this forum and starting to learn Creo Cabling. Definitively the hardest one to understand is the Manufacturing/Flattening module.
Working on a relatively small harness and for some reason I get the "Could not create a starting location" when trying to Set Start Pnt in LAY OUT command. The harness regenerates and nothing is failing. I've tried picking different points all over the harness network with the same results. Any ideas on where to go from here?
