Hi all
I working on drawings and want to align easily the table through grid. What i was doing is to use sketcher preferences and turn on the grid like this. I saw that this button 'Sketcher preferences' is only enabled when i use Legacy Sketch instead of normal Sketch.

I added the button in top toolbar but this one is enabled only when Legacy Sketch is on instead of normal sketch.

Is any way to enable this in normal sketch mode?

@gstavrakis If you turn on "snap to grid" it seems to work, assuming you want to use grid type placement. You can also adjust grid spacing using grid params under draft gird.

It likely depends on what you are trying to accomplish. When I turn off grid, but leave all the snapping guides turned on, those options still work like horiz/vertical, parallel, perpend, etc.

What version of Creo are you using?

On Creo 8, if you click the drop down arrow next to setup, several of the settings are there.

I use creo 8 and 11.

The problem is in the drawing mode, where i cant align (snap to grid) the other objects in the drawing easily. Not in the original sketch for the creation of a part.

Sketching in drawing mode is painful. Some similar options are under the settings drop down arrow and snapping guides. Not sure if it does what you want.
