How to create moving part envelop or cloud in Creo ?

Hi,

I am looking for one of the feature that will help to develop model around moving part or structure by keeping clearance in every instance of moving part. I need help to create envelop or cloud of moving structure which would be reference for me while designing surrounding part. What Creo feature can help me in this?
