How to delete weld symbol parameters and shorten its dashed line
We do have the same exact question as here:
However that question is unaswered and dates back to 2016, so our question is if there has been any progress on that front, we want to:
- delete the weld lenght. For example in the fillet weld they are the "style" checkboxes.
- shorten the continuous and dashed guide line under the symbol numbers, since having just the fillet size and triangle symbol (+ the all-arournd circle in some cases) doesn't require much lenght of the lines below and by extending over it also takes space uselessly in the drawing.
We have loaded the symbol from the weldsymbol folder into creo, but we are unable to edit because there are so many symbol on top of each other due to fact that the symbol can handle all options, so to find the option for length and shorten the lines seems impossible. Does anyone have a weldsymbol file that they would like to share with us where the length and lines are shortened?
